Meet Nina
My work has always been about people — customers, teams, and the lived impact we make in our communities. I’m a designer, coach, and psychoanalyst-in-training. I invite self-discovery for designers in moments of transition, and thoughtful management than coaching for folks inside companies. My style is warm, direct, and grounded in reflective, human partnership.
I bring decades of experience inside high-growth product teams, including Stripe, Mailchimp, Twilio, and Faire to help people navigate complexity, grow with intention, and trust their own perspective.
I’m a proud Midwesterner with stints in building teams in San Francisco and Berlin, now settled in Brooklyn. Across this site, you’ll find imagery from places meaningful to me, which continue to shape how I see the world and how I work. Outside of work, I surf, read tarot cards, and practice the kind of long, curious attention that makes good design — and good decisions — possible.

Psychoanalysis
I am training to be a licensed psychoanalyst at the National Psychological Association for Psychoanalysis in New York City. This is a post-graduate clinical training that uses techniques such as ‘free-association’ to uncover what motivates our thoughts and actions in ours lives. I do not offer therapy or psychoanalysis in my coaching work. If you are struggling, I provide names and phone numbers of wonderful folks in New York and California who can personally refer you to a therapist.
